Personal Chef
Together we will discuss your familys likes, dislikes, allergies, food preferances, and dietary requirements. If you are looking to lose weight, lower your cholesterol, or just maintain your good health Chef Joseph can help! Based on your food preferences, we design a customized menu plan just for you and your family. On your scheduled cook day, Chef Joseph will grocery shop and arrive at your house with fresh, hand-selected ingredients, cookware, and utensils he will need. All you need to provide is the kitchen!
Family Meal Planning
Chef Joseph will arrive at your home, on your scheduled cookday, with all of the groceries and utensils needed to complete your meals. He will prepare, cook and package your food right in your home, then either refrigerate or freeze your meals and leave you with complete heating instructions to ensure your meals will taste like they were just made! Your kitchen is left clean and your home smelling wonderful. You simply heat the meals and enjoy the free time, the clean kitchen, and the fabulous food. Service can be daily, weekly or bi-monthly, based on your needs.

Ready to get into the kitchen or behind the grill? Get started with the basics of the culinary arts, including basic cooking methods, knife skills, making stocks and sauces, and more.
