Meet Our Staff
Chef Joseph
Chef Joseph has been actively involved in the culinary/hospitality industry for 20+ years first starting off as a line cook and ultimately gaining experience in many fields such as assistant chef, server, bar back/bartender, pastry chef, kitchen manager, banquet manager, and catering manager. Through his career Chef Joseph  acquired skills such as  food skills instructing, family meal planning, grill mastering, specialty foods, catering, food management and development. He eventually decided to pursue his dream of cooking speciality foods for his clients in the comfort of their homes. Now as Executive Chef and Owner of Vision of Elegance he is able to live out his passion of cooking and teaching without limits on his creativity. Offering  fresh, customized home-cooked meals that are convenient and healthy, Chef Joseph saves you valuable time, the daily headaches of menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and kitchen clean-up.  Chef Joseph also  offers in-home catering, event catering, basic skill instruction, and much more!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Accountings Director
As the day-to-day support of  Vision of Elegance, Mrs. Sumler serves as the primary point of contact between our valued customers and our company. Mrs. Sumler is the director of Vision of Elgance's accounting and human relations department as well as the companys administrator. Mrs. Sumlers expertise spans many industries, including  financial planning strategies, client relations, reporting standards, labor unions, and not for profit organizations. Mrs. Sumler also heads Vision of recruiting with, hiring, benefits analysis, new employee orientation, training, policies and handbooks, performance evaluations, job descriptions, and more.  This diversity provides Mrs. Sumler with a broad base of knowledge that adds a valuable perspective to our company as well as our clientes. Her  focuses on designing initiatives to reduce total cost of project, financially accounting for projects as they relate to budgets and loans, identifying creative ways to protect risk and liability, and improving outcomes for our customers has made her a vital member of our company.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Event Supervisor
Jacqueline’s gifts of presice attention to detail, excellent organization skills, hard work and contagious enthusiasm have earned her a reputation for unparalleled excellence as an event planer in the industry. Her passion for hospitality and service began as a Customer Service Representative with BlackBook Catering LLC at the age of 16. Jacqueline's talents were quickly realized and she was promoted to Assistant Manager. After 8 years of experience in the Event Planning industry, Jacqueline decided to make her dream a reality and become a certified event and wedding planner. She is now the Event Supervisor for Vision of Elegance. Her vast experiences ranges from large-scale galas, multi-day corporate events, family reunions, rehearsal dinners and weddings from 5 to 800+ guests. Jacqueline is experienced in planning events of many traditions and faith backgrounds, ethnic and religious customs, and meeting the special cultural needs of all of her clients. Throughout her career, she has worked with the some of the top wedding and event vendors in Southern  California. She has learned each vendor’s strengths, which allows her to introduce clients to those most compatible, assuring that each will receive the highest level of service. Jacqueline will execute your concepts flawlessly while maintaining a pleasant, calm and accommodating demeanor to ensure an incredible experience for you and your guests.
